The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the guest and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:
  • Coordinating servicing of customer vehicles
  • Taking enquires and service bookings
  • Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Handling guest enquiries
  • Supporting retention strategies and attracting new business
  • Promoting the Tamworth City Toyota brand.

All the training and mentoring is provided, however, you must have a current valid driver's license.  Hospitality experience is highly regarded, everything else is taught on the job.
