The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the guest and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:
- Coordinating servicing of customer vehicles
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
- Invoicing and administration
- Handling guest enquiries
- Supporting retention strategies and attracting new business
- Promoting the Tamworth City Toyota brand.
All the training and mentoring is provided, however, you must have a current valid driver's license. Hospitality experience is highly regarded, everything else is taught on the job.
